Italian Organisation “Verso il Kurdistan Association” joins international TAJÊ-campaign

The organisation “Verso il Kurdistan Association”, which is based in Italy, joined the international TAJÊ-campaign “Against Feminicide – be the voice of self-defense”. Joint projects with the Êzidî society brought members of the organisation to Şengal last May.

By sending pictures with partisans, who fought against the Nazis and facists during Second World War, members of “Verso il Kurdistan Association” want to show the parallels between these women and the fight of the women in Şengal, claiming “1943 – 2014 – Today: Against Feminicide – Be the voice of self-defense”.
